Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by lotimgmx B.V. ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of our car detailing services, whether accessed through our facility, mobile service, or website at lotimgmx.live.

Company Information

Service Description

lotimgmx provides professional car detailing services including but not limited to:

• Exterior car washing and detailing
• Interior cleaning and conditioning
• Paint correction and protection
• Ceramic coating application
• Paint protection film installation
• Mobile detailing services

All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and products.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our website. We require the following information to process your booking:

• Your contact details (name, phone, email)
• Vehicle information (make, model, year)
• Preferred service date and time
• Selected service package

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We will contact you to confirm your appointment details.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash payments
• Bank transfers
• Credit and debit cards
• Digital payment methods (where available)

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Additional charges may apply for:

• Excessively soiled vehicles requiring extra time
• Mobile service travel beyond our standard service area
• Additional services requested during the appointment

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and any special requirements
• Remove all personal items from your vehicle before service
• Ensure your vehicle is accessible and safe to work on
• Inform us of any existing damage or special concerns
• Be present or provide clear instructions for key handover
• Pay for services promptly upon completion

lotimgmx is not responsible for any personal items left in vehicles during service.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion, and we will work to resolve any issues.

Our guarantee covers workmanship and service quality but does not extend to normal wear and tear, damage caused by external factors after service completion, or unrealistic expectations beyond the scope of the agreed service.

Limitation of Liability

lotimgmx's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
• Damage caused by defective vehicle parts or systems
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of use of vehicle during normal service time
• Damage to aftermarket modifications not disclosed prior to service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law.

Insurance and Safety

lotimgmx maintains appropriate business insurance including public liability coverage. We follow strict safety protocols and use professional-grade equipment to ensure the safety of your vehicle and our staff.

Customers are advised to maintain comprehensive vehicle insurance. We recommend informing your insurance provider about any protective treatments applied to your vehicle.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lotimgmx website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of lotimgmx B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. The lotimgmx name and logo are trademarks of lotimgmx B.V.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by lotimgmx without compensation or attribution.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at privacy-policy.html.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any customer who:

• Violates these terms of service
• Provides false or misleading information
• Engages in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff
• Fails to pay for services as agreed
• Makes unreasonable demands or requests

Termination of service does not affect any outstanding payment obligations or other rights and remedies available to lotimgmx.

Force Majeure

lotimgmx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters and severe weather conditions
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Labor strikes or disputes
• Equipment failure or supply shortages
• Public health emergencies

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

lotimgmx reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
